Challenge
The CyberSource website needed to be updated to keep up with competitors in the payment gateway market. The goal is to introduce a more cohesive brand story, in affiliation with Visa, while showcasing product capabilities and business features. This redesign also needed to incorporate existing capabilities and components from AEM and Salesforce that were used on Visa and Autohrize.net.
Solution
Our team designed web experience that showcased CyberSource’s offerings for Partners and Developers, while also connecting the company to their parent brand, Visa and their business values.

Role + Process
UX Lead – Starting with a sitemap exercise, I helped to assess which MVP pages were to be designed and worked with a mid-level UX Designer to define our approach. Through working sessions on zones diagrams we were able to tell a more cohesive story on page deliverables, leading a potential partner or customer one step farther down the sales funnel. Our team then worked with the client to map current content to top landing page templates and completed wireframes for final approval.
